this is a proper because the first one was titled wrong, so the first one is the "fake." the other ep was fine though, it just didn't take into account the episode was a double episode. next week's is episode 3, which is out already... just not here... yet? some people also noticed glitches in the first one. i didn't myself. |

it's important to not use the word "fake" in reference to any of our torrents. we do not post fakes on our site. we may occasionally make an unintentional "error" or torrent a technically flawed/nuked release, but that is not the same as "fake". there is a big difference between a fake and an error. fake: a forgery - counterfeit - sham - fraud - imitation. "fake" files are intentionally deceptive. usually contains some type of spam, scam, or a dummy file. fakes are usually intended to trick you into giving up personal information or money, to install a file that may contain a virus, to waste your time and bandwidth, or propaganda to discourage people from torrenting. error: a mistake. wrongly, by mistake, mistakenly, incorrectly; accidentally, by accident, inadvertently, unintentionally, by chance. so, if you refer to a torrent on our site as a forgery - counterfeit - sham - fraud - imitation, you are potentially damaging our reputation and begging to be banned. |

p.s. the previous release survivor.s28e01.hdtv.x264-w4f was not a "fake" either. it was technically flawed, nuked because it had missing.dialog.at.53m40s_glitchfest.throughout... not so much because of the title/naming. as for the episode numbers, well, today i see that the scene groups are disagreeing about how the premiere should be titled and how the second week's episode should be titled. so there may be changes/adjustment in future episode numbering, or not. we will have to wait and see. the release date is also a big indicator as to what the content of the torrent will be...compare release dates to air dates... schedules.  |

i'm not part of the scene or anything, i just think if a normal episode is one hour long, double episodes should be named e01-02 since it is a tv show that's normally just one hour long. exceptions to this is series premiers though. |

the "sd x264 tv releasing standards 2012" http://scenerules.irc.gs/n.html?id=2012_sdtvx264u1.nfo does include a standard naming convention, but unfortunately it does not specifically address double episodes. not having an agreed upon standard, in writing, that clearly spells out how to name double episodes, allows competing groups room to argue/discuss who is right who is wrong. in the end someone is not happy. perhaps they will clearly define a standard and include it in their next revision. |
