this torrent does not have the final scene. when will there be a proper version?

there will not be a "proper".
in order for there to be a proper, there would need to be nuke,
and since this release does not violate any of the scene releaser rules
it wont be nuked.

pomo's for other shows are not considered by the scene to be "show content", therefore promos
are not required, promos are optional. some members of the scene go as far as to consider
promos to be commercials, no different than any other advertisement for a product, and they have
been known to nuke a release for including a promo....then a big argument ensues, and it's not
pretty. in the end...they are optoinal, not required.

additionally, i've just learned that ctv network in canada,
the source used for the cap, did not air the promo.
