what steps have you taken to verify that e01 and e10 are (or are not) the same?
it took about five minutes to download both files and compare them.
rick.and.morty.s01e01.hdtv.x264-2hd.mp4 (150 mb)
rick.and.morty.s01e10.hdtv.x264-mindthegap.mp4 (175 mb)
they are not the same file name, they are not the same file size,
and when played - they are definitely not the same episode.
