you are partially correct/incorrect.

this is a scene release. 😛 ...of the 720p version.
we grabbed the 720 and inadvertently mislabeled it. this is actually:
the.daily.show.2014.05.13.ron.suskind.720p.hdtv.x264-d0nk
720p scene releases are always in the .mkv container/file format.
