this show is a total rip off of the americans and it sucks the even use some of the same footage

that's a bit harsh.. first this is based upon true life events.. your supposed to root for the
government to catch the traitors.. with the americans it is a bit disturbing in that we are
apparently supposed to root for the russian spys.. the "ripped off" footage you are talking about is
news footage from significant events in the reagan era.. since the subject matter (spys and
government) is the same, sure your going to see some of the same news footage... that said, as to
which is better.. don't know yet, i do think that when they cancelled this the first time, they were
a bit hasty.. i think it was more of a bad timing thing, as this is not bad, and reasonably well
done.. i will watch the rest of them.
