i don't watch this show so i don't know exactly what you're referring to, but...

in the northwest we have several large establishements that are combination beer, wine, cocktail,
lounge, restaurant, with full size bowling alleys and/or 10+ pool tables...and they have bouncers in
the evenings during the week and afternoon and evenings on the weekend.
