tracker hasnt been allowing new connections for hours, is there an alternative
tracker?

columbo: use a torrent client called utorrent (find it with google).
it's free, single file easy install and doesn't need the tracker!
it will even run at the same time as other clients (which i've done!)

or easier still, click on those rapidshare links above and follow the
instructions for a free download. normally nice and fast and you don't need to
upload! (total commander or filesj.exe will join all 4 parts together when you
get em)

edit: filesj only works if you change the filename extension to *.001 *.002 etc
