USA renews Psych for a third season!

duh cause psych rocks! thank god they renewed it i really hope its a long running series like monk....
though i here monk is ending soon... if it is they better let him solve trudies case

when was psych on the block? if anything monk should stop...that has not been
good for some time now.

+ burn notice

i don't know that burn notice has staying power... i mean, when he figures out
how to fix the burn notice, the whole plot is kinda over. i hope they can figure
out something to make it work for another few seasons though.

either way, psych is an awesome show, and proof that you don't have to have a
lot of money to get a solid cast with a simplistic but great storyline. no
special effects, no huge actors (maybe dule hill is the biggest name), no crazy
sets to manage, but they still produce a great, entertaining show. i hope it
lasts awhile, but i also hope they axe it before it turns into another monk
(only slightly entertaining, overdone by now).

good for them, it's a great show, i also enjoy burn notice a lot...

this is great to hear. psych is a really funny, fun show. usa has turned into a
really good network. i just hope they can keep it up.

was glad to hear psych and burn notice have both been picked up.
i suspect the success of psych and burn notice might actually mean some of the
long runners like monk and dead zone will soon be heading for a last season.
couldn't drop them when you didn't have other shows to hold onto the audience
but now it would be a lot less painful for usa.

i agree that the success of psych and burn notice has been great for usa. i
didn't even know usa existed until one random episode of the dead zone, and
never became a full-fledged watcher until psych.

i am beyond pumped that psych has been renewed. i am beyond positive that it
could be a long running show, definitely far longer than monk at least, because
they have a character that can actually go places. i mean, i love monk and all,
but i think it really might be overdone. i think usa's newfound success is
really going to be a good think, because psych was it's first new show n several
years. i know that usa has a history, at least as of lately, of creating
interesting show with great characters. i am hoping that soon usa makes another
great show.

...the only sad this is that now i have to wait until january for more new psych!
