Special episode 'Battlestar Galactica' Goes Bigscreen

tbh, i can't say i give a damn about "razor"... i used to like bsg, but i've
gotten bored with it all because of the huge break in between season.. i don't
even remember where we are in the story.. meh.

that can be a major pain but just before a new season starts i go back and watch
the final 2 or 3 episodes of the previous season to get me bang up with where it
left off,i was gutted to read that season 4 will be the last,so lets hope the
final season is a great one with proper closure,here`s hoping.

i have to admit that if this is the final season then i'd like to see them find
earth.. if only because i'm curious what time frame they are in.

yes knowing the timeframe would be a start

i think on one show somebody said something like it was 4000 years since they
left earth?
that seems unlikely, not least considering that the level of technology on the
show is basically 20th century...their communication devices for eg

closing scene......

adama..."jump to normal space just inside the sol system, mark"

helm..."sir...it's the cylons, they're already here..counting..twenty..no
thirty base ships on draydus, full acompanyment of destroyers... sir, they're
powering weapon systems."

adama..."launch everything we've got.. it's all we can do!.. prepare for

helm..."sir, i'm seeing activity from the third planet....they're ships, sir...
they're huge...."

helm..."sir...there's...thousands of them... they're all firing..."

adama..."prepa....."

helm.."at the cylons!?!...sir, they're all firing at the cylons!..."

"boom, boom, boom"

communications system..."unknown vessel... we have completed full scans of both
you and your ship... welcome to earth... welcome home."

tell you the truth!..the new bsg never left me hanging for the next episode.
the 70's version was a little bit more interesting in it's prime time because it
was different. but..once they found earth, it got a little stupid at that point.
the thrill was gone!
as far as i'm concerned...find earth bsg and just "fracken" go away and take
that word with it!
