great to see this amazing aussie show up on eztv. i missed this weeks episode so

worth a look to non-aussie people, as always some references might not translate

yeah.. as an aussie that watches bbc's never mind the buzzcocks, i cringe when
i watch spicks & specks. it's a watered-down, low-risk, puritanical version of
nmtb. but uh.. if non-offensive "family fun" humour is your bag in music quiz
shows, spicks and specks is up your alley!

well its a pg rated show then i guess, its not specifically aimed at warped
minded adults so you dont have to bag it cause it aint crude enough for your
filthy mind. geez we gotta make a show just like everyone elses now do we?, then
we'd get bagged for rippin that show. if you dont like it, dont download it and
leave ya bitching to yaself and yes cvonc the diwana site is stacks better than
eztv if you want aussie stuff.

hey,
i also like spicks and specks but agree that it is pretty light carefree
entertainment that you will probably forget about straight after you\'ve watched
it. one thing that is particularly good about it is that they get a lot of
musical guests who aren\'t just celebrities and front-men; sound engineers,
promoters, managers etc. the people with the best stories basically.
also, being an aussie, this diwana site sounds great but can someone please pm
me an invite? please?
