Keyword for SWAT

Does anyone know how to add search keywords?
Any time I try and search for the TV show SWAT, it is always a difficult task

I have tried to search:

- SWAT
- S.W.A.T
- S W A T

The only way I can find the show is if I go through the 'Show List' section.

I was more asking if there is a way to submit keywords/search words to make it easier to search for the TV show in the
'Search title' search bar.

I know that I personally can save the link to the show but it doesn't help anyone else.
