Missing episodes

Hello,

I wonder what you do when an episode of a season is missing, which happens quite often here on EZTV.
For example, today, "The Red King" episode for Season 1 — we have torrents for episodes 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6, but episode 2 is missing. And I can't find it anywhere else.

It doesn't make sense to publish 5 (or more) episodes but miss 1 or 2...

This happens all the time it seems. On one hand I'm like 'well I guess we should be thankful we get anything at all and
not complain'. On the other hand I'm like 'Why does someone do this?'.

Does anybody now a different site or different way where one could find the missing episodes? Closer to source maybe?
