User Control Panel

Is there a control panel somewhere where I can either delete my account or change my email address please?

I jumped the gun a bit and forgot to update my email address when signing up and I really want to keep the user name, but with the email I meant to use.

Any assistance, greatly appreciated.

click log out on bottom of screen, then sign up w/new credentials
