#1 vpn - switch servers locations - try a different protocol.
#2 maintenance - switch off device (5min) - power off router (5-10min) - clear cache
from browser.
#3. Try alternative browser (something with very good blockers).
If none of these work, you could run a good antivirus software, it's always good to
perform all this regularly especially the switching off and clearing cache. I do run
antivirus software about once a week but I've never had that be an issue,
I would say it's probably most likely your ISP/VPN if using one but could just be
simple maintenance is needed!
I've always been recommended to that at least every 2 or 3 days just to power cycle
you router and device.
At least you fixed it that the main thing! If you keep up to date with maintaining
devices regularly, it will also help your stuff run at its best... As I like to say
"technology needs its beauty sleep sometimes too".
