you might want to note that you need to be able to handle the very sophomoric antics that run
through that show... sometimes it was handled brilliantly, giving a perfect ten, and other times you
could be sitting, wondering when the hour will be over.
but, you gotta love it for bowing out properly.
my pick for police-comedy, would be going back to "barney miller." caught it in re-runs an episode
a night, about 10 years back.

oh, well, yeh, barney miller is a classic though 🙂. i was trying to give an example of something semi-
current.. since i'm sure most people on this website aren't as old as we are/i am and they'd probably
consider something so dated as b.m. to be unwatchable.

in any case, my point was, shows labeled both comedy-drama are mislabeled imo.
