this thread has currently got me in tears of laughter.

thank you so much eztv for providing me with a good hours worth of reading, and
giving me a great laugh.

i'm a long time user (and abuser, i try to give back what i donload, but that
isn't always possible) of eztv. i know it's only a forum, and no-one knows
who i am, and no-one really cares, but i'd like to voice my support for eztv
and the time they've saved me downloading tv shows.

i would also like to appologise for my fellow australians, who are meant to be
able to take a joke, but apparantly can't any more.

i got lucky myself, and utorrent didn't download it due to it being a dvdscr
and not hdtv. i don't see how one fake episode on a day when you should be
watching out for pranks can possibly destroy a reputation. if anything i
respect the eztv team more now that i know they can have a joke.

also congrats on the 300 or something posts on this eztv, is that some kind of
record?

while it's good to catch up on this thread and see that cooler heads, would
appear, to be prevailing, it has to be said that this has just been rocking good

lol.. what is wrong with these people... you stupid pricks... you want your
bandwith back?? eztv has saved you from wasting over 10`s of gb`s worth of
bandwith by providing you with no fakes for 364 days of the year and just for
1 day, they put up a fake lost file for the sake of april fools day and you
cant take that.. get a hold of yourselves and stick your own heads in a public
toilet, you ungratefull bastads!!

eztv doesnt owe us anything, we owe them everything!!!

if eztv was not here you would have wasted much more than 350mb, you stupid
fools.. thanks to april fools, we all know who the real fools are..

ok, now my experiance.. a mate of mine phone me earlier in the day telling me
of someones death which is obviously the stupidest april fool but i was
already given the thumbs up before he called me, i didnt get fooled but then
me and a few mates got together to watch lost at my home last night around
about 11pm and when i started it, boy was i fooled.. i loved the joke, it was
awsome. yes it wasted my bandwith but like i already said above, we owe much
more than just 350mb to eztv..

eztv, we love you. keep it up guys!!

eztv didn't actually manage to fool everyone, far from it.

if you take a stroll through the posts you will find it was pretty much just the
careless and the stupid.

i was one of the first to get this (only 20 seeds at the time).
i was a little disappointed at not getting the real deal, but in the spirit of
the day, i had a chuckle none the less.

aussie's can't take a joke??? just the username for the quote above (let alone
the rest of the post) is proof positive that aussies have a great sense of
humour!! come on. anyone that says in public that they are a fugly man fan is
definately a comedian 🙂

as for the 300 plus posts, just goes to show that there are morons a plenty,
and they decided to have their annual convention on eztv's forum this year 🙂

and please don\'t hate on us aussies. we aren\'t all whiny brats using up our
parents\' download limit.

and no one can deny this was a brill april fool\'s - look how many people were
caught (and are still being caught! lol!). and no, i wasn\'t one of them! 😛

im not an april fools guy myself but i think all people whining about wasting
their download limit or the time it took them to download a fakey should count
their darn blessings because we all have been downloading much, much more than
the lousy 350mb this torrent takes up.

so be glad these gods that call themselves eztv have released episodes for your
enjoyment for years now so you can get your favorite tv-show fix.

eztv you have my blessing to mess with anyone's download limits 'cause they
should thank you on their knees for every minute of tv they get to see through you!

also if 350mb is your download limit consider a better internet connection or
relocating to a place which is not stuck in the middle ages 😲p
