1st of all i was pretty smashed while i typed the 2nd, long post so while i
stand behind (most of 😛) the content, i must admit i mixed it up a little and
while i knew i understood u meant "my understanding of what you do" and not
anything regarding this particular torrent, i obviously did not type it out that
way.
it wasn't my ego or anything but those 30 seconds between seeing a lost
pre-air!!, and realizing that it was april fools that initially pissed me off
and got me to write my 2 posts that i now regret. you have given me excellent
service for maybe a year that i can remember and i was wrong to flame you over
the 1st thing that didn't go my way. in my defense, have you ever heard the
saying that goes something like: "if ur angry at someone, you should write a
letter and you should put it away, then the next day you will see it and realize
how silly it is?" well needless to say... i should have done this.
like i said after the initial cool down, the only thing that pissed me off and
still annoys me now is the whole "your an idiot for downloading this" attitude.
yeah i realized just after post if you did go into detail i really wouln't be
interested in all the details. tbh i (like most people) can concentrate/learn
things that i am interested in much easier than things i/we are not. while i
love computers on a basic level (games, ripping music, downloading pretty much
anything you can think of) etc... i am not interested in programing or anything
beyond the above mentioned. so yes, when it comes to computers i am ignorant and
you know more about them now than i ever will (or care too).
which brings me back the only real/valid point i ever had, you shouldn't call
people stupid who d/led this and come here for love of t.v only. you shouldn't
call people who have a basic understanding idiots either just because they don't
know all the details, even how dht works or exactly what it is because as i
said, it comes down to interest. i could google/wikki anything basic (to you
guys) like dht and find out all about it but i wouldn't/don't because i'm not
interested, not because i'm ignorant or stupid or anything, i just see the green
tick next to it and figure all is good! (this is just an example, you could go
into details of what you do but you may as well do it in egyptian because i
wouldn't understand it).
anyway, sorry for another epic post so i will sum up here in case you don't
wanna read all that:
-sorry i cracked the shits, after 6months to a year (to me, i know u have been
around for longer than this) of great service i had no right to flame.
-you do and know more than i ever will when it comes to computers.
-however i don't think it's fair to judge people on their lack of knowledge
because why learn about it if you are not interested in it?
